The pilot light on our hot water tank went out and Chris came out and took a look at it. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get someone over here and I especially appreciated how well Chris explained everything to me with our wonky setup we have currently and what we needed to have done. He is a very understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable person! This was absolutely a 5-star experience.

Corey was professional in every aspect of his service call. He politely introduced himself and took the time to explain how to light the gas fireplace in a way that did not make me feel foolish. It was my first time ever lighting or using a gas fireplace and I did not the house to explode! He checked the hot water heater that feeds hot water to the baseboards and checked the gas powered hot water heater that supplies hot water for dishes, laundry and showers. Corey explained that the hot water heater was four years old and that it is recommended that the tank be purged (emptied) every year to extend the life of the tank. Based on his recommendation and the offer to waive the $79.00 service call fee, I gave him the go-ahead to empty the water tank. We discussed a major project to re-plumb the whole house (it has been jury-rigged over the past 60+ years) and he said that he would rather have his manager come around (no charge) to give a better, more experienced estimate for such a large project. I strongly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will probably call on their service next summer for the whole-house re-plumb.

Corey was awesome. Really friendly and professional. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to not just resolve my issue but make sure I understood the plumbing in my home. I made a call after I had flushed a toilet paper holder down the toilet and he was there within the hour. I spoke with a guy named Adam when I called and he was really friendly and helpful as well. In a time when good customer service is harder and harder to find, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I woke up to no water and panicked because I had a death in the family and guests coming in. I called several plumbers but all said to busy to help me. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I spoke to Adam and explained my problem. He said he was very booked but would get someone out to help. Jeff came and fixed the problem. He was so nice and polite. I will definitely use this company again. Great service.

I was having issues getting a water line ran to my fridge/clean up the plumbing under the sink. The guy they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Everything was thoroughly explained, the work was done in a timely manner, and he was very clean. I will be using them again for any future plumbing needs, highly recommended.

Great experience with Chris replacing our old water heater recently. We had a quote from another company that was slightly less expensive, but it was clear that Chris knew his business and thought of things that the others didn't. Very happy with our service!
